Honestly, I bought this for the size, but the soft-touch lid is the real highlight—it feels so much nicer than the hard plastic ones I'm used to. My iced tea stayed cold through a full afternoon of errands, which is exactly what I needed. Worth every penny.

Triple-wall insulation is no joke—my coffee stayed hot through an entire morning of back-to-back meetings. The soft-touch lid is a nice bonus, too, feels sturdy without being slippery. This is my daily companion now.

I’ve had this tumbler for two weeks and the triple-wall insulation actually lives up to the hype—my coffee’s still hot after a full morning of meetings. The 20oz size is perfect for when I don’t want to refill, and the soft-touch lid feels great in hand.
