This one’s been through my gym bag, car cup holder, and a few drops on concrete — the leakproof straw lid actually holds up, which is rare for me. 20 oz is the perfect size to chug between sets without being bulky.

I usually lose bottle caps within a week, so the fact that this one's straw actually clicks into place and stays put feels like a small miracle. The 20oz size is perfect for tossing into my gym bag without it taking up the whole pocket, and it’s survived a few careless drops already.

The lid seal is genuinely tight—I’ve thrown it sideways in my gym bag and not a drop escaped. Straw stays put even when I’m running, and 20oz is the perfect middle ground for a long hike without feeling bulky.
