The dual-function lid is the real star here—I flip it to the open spout for chugging during workouts and switch to the sipper for desk days, and it handles both perfectly. That 32oz capacity genuinely lasts me from morning coffee to afternoon meetings without a refill.

I wasn't sure about the 32oz size for daily carry, but it fits in my bag without hogging the whole thing. The dual-function lid means I can sip normally during work and switch to the larger opening when I'm at the gym, which honestly makes me grab it more than my old bottle.

The dual-function lid is the standout—flipping between chug and sip is seamless, and I actually carry it everywhere now because it doesn’t feel bulky. Thirty-two ounces gets me through a full workday without refills, which is exactly what I needed.
