The soft-touch lid is a small thing but honestly makes the biggest difference—no more cold metal against my lips on a winter commute. Kept my coffee steaming for a full workday, which is exactly what I needed from a 20oz size.

The triple-wall insulation is the real deal—my coffee stayed hot through a full morning of meetings, not just lukewarm. The soft-touch lid feels surprisingly premium and makes sipping from the car cup holder a breeze.

I actually timed it out of curiosity—my iced coffee stayed icy for a solid six hours in the triple-wall vacuum, which is way better than my old tumbler. The soft-touch lid is also a nice grippy detail that makes it easy to sip one-handed while driving.
