Took this on a 6-mile hike and the 32oz size meant I didn't have to refill once. The grip is comfortable even when my hands got sweaty, and it fits perfectly in my backpack's side pocket.

The lid seals tight enough that I can toss it in my gym bag without a second thought, and 32 ounces is the perfect amount to get me through a full workout without constant refills. The handle also makes it easy to carry between sets, though I wasn't expecting it to be this comfortable to grip.

I've taken this bottle on every hike and gym session for the past month, and the 32oz size means I'm not refilling mid-workout. The lid seals tight enough that I can toss it in my bag without worrying about leaks.
