The dual-function lid is what sold me—switching between the wide sip and the straw is way easier than I expected, and I actually use both modes daily. It holds a full day’s worth of water for my long shifts without feeling like a jug in my bag.

It's honestly the right size for my desk and my gym bag, and I love that I can flip the dual-function lid to sip or chug without unscrewing anything. Water intake has gone way up since I started carrying it around.

The dual-function lid is the reason I grabbed this, and it’s honestly perfect for switching between sipping at my desk and chugging during workouts. 32 ounces means I only refill twice a day, which is a game changer for my lazy self.
